A customer member is an individual membership for a person who is responsible for procuring furniture services. You could be a dealer sales rep, project manager, or project assistant. You could be a manufacturer sales rep, project manager, or assistant. You could be an end user facility manager, an architect, or a designer. Basically, anyone that uses, coordinates, procures, or interacts with furniture service providers is eligible to become a customer member.
