End User Satisfaction Program

We take customer satisfaction very seriously at InstallNET and through our End User Call Back Program want to ensure that your projects are managed efficiently through completion. InstallNET contacts customers from approximately 500 jobs per month, helping us make sure that customers are satisfied with their products and installation.

Our Customer Service Representative will call your client to conduct a simple survey the day after installation. These questions help us verify that the product was installed properly, professionally and completely. Missing and damaged items are accurately documented and follow-up jobs are quickly created to complete the project.

A survey summary with comments is sent to InstallNET customers, installers and management for each InstallNET job. This program helps us monitor the performance of our installers and to continue to improve our service.
