I spoke with Bob (owner), he received all the items in good condition. Bob was really eager to tell me how he was extremely satisfied with the installation service. He was “very impressed” with the installers and the installation service. The installers had a “great attitude”, they were very professional, were in and out and did a “great job”. It was the “best installation service” he has ever had and he has been in the business for “over 30 years”. He indicated that any other installation services that they may need, we would definitely have the business. He said, he was “super impressed”.

Bill called back with an absolutely glowing report! He said he “was so impressed” with the installers, they came early, finished quickly and even did extra work such as hanging a picture that was not required of them. He made a point of mentioning Becky Whitfield and said she was “really helpful and worked magic” by rearranging the installation schedule. He said InstallNET would be the only installation company he would ever use.

I spoke with Gina, the installation was completed. The installers, Philippe and Frank(she believe) were "fantastic". The customer service was just "unbelievable". They also did a previous job for them and she was very happy with the service and even wrote a letter. Allie called back, a file cabinet was damaged and they were missing two easels and they received 5 large white boards instead of 2 and received 2 small white boards instead of 5. She noted everything on the work order and contacted the Staples representative. The installers were "excellent and went above and beyond". Allie was extremely pleased with the installation service and would absolutely recommend the company to others. I spoke with Clarris, she received the items, but a roller file cabinet had a major dent in the top drawer and needs to be replaced as well as the end caps/covers. There were some heavy duty plastic units in the file cabinet, but she was not sure what they are for or if they should be installed somewhere. The installers were very very polite and finished in a timely manner. She was extremely pleased with the installation service and would absolutely recommend the company to others. I spoke with Janice, she stated that she received all items in good condition. She said the building did not have and elevator and the guys brought all the furniture in and put it exactly where she wanted it and even cleaned up after themselves. Janice said the installers were wonderful, did a great job and deserved raises.
